Registration Rates and Deadlines

Participant registration includes all conference materials, refreshment breaks, admission to the President’s Awards Reception on Friday as well as the Reception on Saturday and the breakfast Membership Meeting on Sunday. Participant registration also includes entry to exhibits, lectures, papers, symposia, and workshops. All presenters (paper and poster) are required to register for the conference. We urge you to register as soon as possible,as space is limited. Those registered before December 5, 2008 will receive the early registration rate. Please complete the CONFERENCE REGISTRATION form or register on-line.

Exhibitor registration includes an 8’ x 10’ booth space as well as listing in the program book for 2009 and in the 2010 registration brochure. See exhibitor registration pages for additional information, exhibitors and ad copy. Note that payment MUST accompany registration for exhibitors and ad copy.

Pre-Conference Registration will close on January 6. Registrations received after that date will be processed on site.

Refunds/Cancellations: A refund of 50% of the registration fee will be given by SSWR in the event of cancellation. Notification must be received by January 7, 2009. Refunds after this date are not possible.
