This year we require all research special interest groups (SIGs), pre-existing and new, to notify us in advance so that we can collect the convener contact information and schedule the groups and meeting space efficiently. Please see the lists below for SIGs held in 2008. If you would like to convene one of these groups or convene a new group, please contact DeeJay Garringo, Conference Program Coordinator, at dj@sswr.org by Thursday, September 25, 2008.

The SIGs will be scheduled for either Friday, January 16 or Saturday, January 17, 2009, from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm. Due to the complexity of the schedule we cannot consider scheduling requests. Meeting space is limited. We will confirm your request via e-mail by early November 2008. Confirmed SIGs will be listed in the conference program and will indicate the meeting room assignment.
